SERVES 4 PREP 5 minutes + 20 minutes to stand COST $2 a serve
INGREDIENTS
✛200g strawberries, quartered ✛1 tablespoon icing
sugar ✛1 teaspoon lemon juice ✛2 cups thick vanilla
yoghurt ✛1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
METHOD
Combine strawberries, icing sugar and juice in a large glass bowl. Stand
for 20 minutes or until syrupy. Spoon yoghurt into bowls.
Top with strawberry mixture. Serve sprinkled with zest.
