✛½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
✛½ cup thickened cream ✛70g butter,
chopped ✛2 small bananas, chopped
✛2 cups thick vanilla yoghurt ✛¼ cup
milk choc chips
Combine brown sugar, cream and butter in a small saucepan over moderate heat; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until melted and combined. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Stir in banana. Divide yoghurt among serving bowls. Top with banana mixture. Serve sprinkled with choc chips.
